We would like to inform you that, as a result of the implementation of the VAT package adopted by the EU, certain important changes will come into effect as from 1 January 2010 in all the EU Member States. These new rules may have an impact on your company’s obligations and therefore it is important that you carefully consider them. The time of supply of services for which VAT is due by the recipient 4. The procedure for refund of VAT paid in another Member States (MS) 5. The country of taxation of services supplied to consumers (B2C)
